This item is a hand-drawn/inked/colored original art rendition of Dr. Doom by artist and Inkwell special ambassador DAN PARSONS. The comic medium is a blank variant from Fantastic Four #1 (2018). Dan signed the cover art and donated it to the 501(c)(3) non-profit Inkwell Awards. Note: the blank cover is the version that comes with a thin, white protective wraparound cover sheet for protection.
