Description
Original and only owner. I bought this comic in 1963 when I was 14 years old. Finally putting it up for consideration.
This CGC Universal Grade 4.0 copy of Amazing Spider-Man #1 is a classic Silver Age key featuring the second appearance of Spider-Man. It includes the first appearances of J. Jonah Jameson and the Chameleon, as well as the first Fantastic Four crossover. The origin of Spider-Man is retold, with a story by Stan Lee and art by Steve Ditko. The cover is by Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko. There are multiple visible creases and some chipping, but it remains a cornerstone for any Marvel or Spider-Man collector.
