Since the late 90’s Dave Nestler has enjoyed success as an artist working on a national level in a wide range of markets from contemporary pinup to comics . It wasn't until 2008 and an invitation from filmmaker George Lucas where Dave was asked to contribute to a personal art book project George was producing. This was Dave’s introduction into the world of “Entertainment Art”. This inclusion immediately caught the attention of Acme Archives Direct. One of the biggest licensed Entertainment Art companies who signed Dave to a full time contract. Besides Lucasfilm, Dave started producing original art for Universal Studios, Sony, 20th Century Fox, Dreamworks, and Pixar among others. Then 6 years ago Dave got the opportunity to start producing original art for Disney exclusively for the Asian markets. As of 2022, with almost 150 pieces of art produced and 2 trips to Japan, Dave is still creating paintings and drawings of the Disney characters that fans have loved for generations. and has produced, and sold over 200 pieces of original Disney art.
