Graded Card Info: Master Battle Set Pikachu #400 was graded by PSA as a 10
Release Info: A Full Art SM-P Promotional print was subsequently available in the Japanese Limited Collection Master Battle Set, which could be reserved from Pokémon Centers and the Pokémon Center Online starting August 16, 2019. Orders began shipping to customers in early December 2019.
Trivia: Thunder Shock is a move in the Pokémon games that Pikachu can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Ultra Sun.
illustrator Profile Kouki Saitou: He is a freelance illustrator who does work for the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Prior to this, he has done numerous manga illustrations for popular Japanese game tie-ins under his ¼ King! label.
