At the famous Rockefeller Center skating rink; the web-slinger, Will-O'-the-Wisp, and spider-slayer assemble for a tripartite throw down! Once the Wisp flees the scene, Spidey puts Jonah's spider-slayer on ice! Later that evening in Times Square under coercion from Dr. Jonah Harrow, Will-O'-the-Wisp attacks Spider-Man!
