Description

10/1982 - "Death of a Hero!" Part 2 of 2. Guest-starring Nick Fury. Story by David Kraft. Art by Mike Zeck and John Beatty. Hydra has stolen a Strategic Air Command B-52 that serves as an Aerial Command Center for the United States' arsenal of nuclear missiles. Now Captain America, Nick Fury, and the Howling Commandos must invade Hydra Island to get the bomber back and also rescue General Sawyer. Tragically, one howling commando is not going to leave the Island alive. The cover features dramatic action with Captain America facing off against Baron Strucker. This issue includes appearances by Nick Fury and the Howling Commandos. The cover art is by Mike Zeck and John Beatty, and the story was written by David Kraft.
