Description

8-9/1954 - "The Golden Gorilla!" A golden gorilla named Bogadu, who is an acquaintance of Janu, rescues a hunter's son, providing the hunter with a way around certain rules regarding his hunter's license. "Chota the Chimp!" Janu rescues a chipped tooth chimp and names him Chota, which means "cute" in jungle language. Also includes: "The Queen of the Jungle!" and "Fear in the Jungle." Cover by Nick Cardy. This issue features Congo Bill along with Janu the Jungle Boy, facing off against 'The Golden Gorilla.' The cover and art are by Nick Cardy, capturing the adventurous spirit of the jungle. A great addition for fans of vintage DC and jungle-themed comics.
