This CGC Signature Series 9.2 copy of Detective Comics #469 is signed and sketched by Walt Simonson on 8/7/25. The issue features the origin and first appearance of Dr. Phosphorus and the first appearance of Rupert Thorne. The story is by Steve Englehart with art by Walt Simonson and Al Milgrom, and a cover by Jim Aparo. Please note there are spine stress lines and foxing at the top of the back cover.
