Description

This item on 9x12 board is a hand-drawn, hand-inked image of Marvel Comics' Storm rendered by artist SJ BARINKA out of tribute, an homage, after a work done by artist Larry Stroman. Barinka signed and donated it to support the non-profit Inkwell Awards at the 2025 Heroes Con.

Appreciation is also given to the Joe Kubert Art Store and Bags Unlimited Inc. for their usual support.

SORRY, NO NON-USA BIDDERS! Bids by anyone without a verified US address will be cancelled. Thank you for understanding. No exceptions.

The Inkwell Awards are not responsible for any damages incurred during the shipping process due to the mishandling of the United States Postal Service!

The Inkwell Awards (www.inkwellawards.com) is the only official 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to promote and educate regarding the art form of comic-book inking, as well as annually recognize the best ink artists and their work. Established in 2008, the Inkwells are overseen by a volunteer committee of industry professionals and assisted by various professional ambassadors and contributors. They sponsor the Dave Simons Inkwell Memorial Scholarship Fund for the Kubert School and host the Joe Sinnott Hall of Fame Award. Their annual awards ceremony has been hosted by the Hershey Comic Con since 2024.
