Tell us about yourself and what got you interested in drawing
Who were some of your early inspirations?
I grew up reading Fantastic Four and X-Men by Chris Claremont and John Byrne. I was a huge Byrne fan (and still am). Also, Mike Zeck I discovered on Punisher then Secret Wars. Those two artists were the biggest inspirations when I was in grade school.
What are some of your favorite projects you’ve worked on?
I have a few notables, Batman (in particular RIP with Grant Morisson) and Battle For the Cowl, and The Tenth, my creator owned series. Also my other creator owned books, Adrenalynn and Edenwood. All of which I hope to continue stories with on some level in the coming years.
Favorite character(s) to draw?
What are you currently working on?
Currently I’m one of the two regular artists on X-Men. (Marvel puts out around 18 issues a year, so we’re double shipping a lot). I really love working on X-Men as it was my dream job as a child, and now finally I’m able to do it, it’s a great feeling.
