First and foremost, thank you to everyone who tried Nerd Crawler during the public beta period. When I started Nerd Crawler, I wasn’t sure if anyone else wanted real-time alerts for original art and collectibles, but over 400 collectors have proven this is something our community needs.
After crawling websites over 40 million times and sending tens of thousands of alerts, I’m excited to announce that Nerd Crawler will be moving to a fully public launch in 30 days, which will mean two major updates.
Starting September 8, 2023, we will sunset the beta discounts on our paid plans, which means the price of our Starter Plan will increase from $2 to $4 per active crawler per month, and our Founder’s Plan will increase from $50 to $100 per month.
However, if you subscribe to a paid plan before the beta period ends, you’ll be locked in at the beta rate as long as you keep your current subscription. As a reminder, our paid plans allow you to get real-time alerts and text alerts, which are crucial for some of the rarest original art from artists like Chris Bachalo and Paul Smith as well as collectible deals from sites like Seconds.Sideshow. If you would like to subscribe at the beta discounted rate, visit My Plan and subscribe before September 8, 2023.
With Nerd Crawler moving to a public launch, I’m also excited to announce a new refer-a-friend program. To start referring, visit the Refer page to get your personalized share link to share. Then, when someone becomes a paying customer by clicking your link, we'll give you 25% of every dollar they spend on an active Nerd Crawler subscription paid out via PayPal. This means you can get as much as $25 per month for every Founder’s Plan customer who you refer after the beta period.
Lastly, I want to thank you all the beta users who helped Nerd Crawler with feedback and requests. I wouldn't be at this moment without so I'm eternally grateful.
Looking forward to graduation!
Chris -- Founder of Nerd Crawler
A valid shipping address and default payment method are required to bid.
Slide the bid slider all the way to the right to make a bid at the suggested amount. Sliding will instantly create a bid, and the next bid amount will be based on the current bid and the next increment:
You can create a max bid to bid automatically for you up to your max bid.
If a bid is made near the end of an auction, the auction end time will be extended by 30 seconds to prevent sniping.
By sliding to bid, you commit to buy the listing if you are the winning bidder. If you are the winner, we will charge your default payment method 24 hours after the auction ends, or you can complete payment early by visiting the order detail page. If your default payment method fails or you fail to make payment for an auction you've won, your account will be at risk of being frozen.
