Dear Raremarq Community,

It has come to our attention that there are fraudulent accounts impersonating Raremarq support.

A user under the name “raremarqSupportTeam” has been contacting members through the Raremarq conversation feature, falsely requesting account verification and threatening account suspension.

There may be other fraudulent accounts, and please be advised that these are not official Raremarq accounts. All legitimate Raremarq employee accounts include a Raremarq badge next to the username indicating they are official employees (example), and we will never ask you to verify your account in this manner.

We have removed the fraudulent accounts from our system, and we are implementing additional protections to prevent users from creating accounts that impersonate Raremarq and our employees.

If you receive any suspicious messages, do not engage with them. Instead, please report the activity to us immediately at [email protected].

We appreciate your vigilance in helping us protect the Raremarq community, and let us know if you ever need anything.

Sincerely,

The Raremarq Team
